After backtesting with our STS_MA_Distance_Tester the currency pair CHF/JPY on H4 timeframe, the last 5 trades are of the same type (buy) and the last 2 are at a loss. The strategy is the set up of 30 pips distance to 10 EMA. We expect, with high probability, that the next situation will be profitable.
Currently, the price is moving against the Moving Averages which are parralel to one another and show downtrend. STS_MA_Distance_Indicator show that the distance to 10 EMA is 23 pips and we expect that the next situation will be short. Based on that, we loaded our STS_MA_Distance_Bot to open a trade when our STS_MA_Distance_Indicator shows a distance of 30 or more pips to 10 EMA. The Bot is also set to open a position on each next H4 candle, if the conditions for distance to 10 EMA are still met.
