STS MA Distance Indicator

Our Moving Average (MA) Distance Indicator for Meta Trader 4 will facilitate your trading when using strategies which are based on using Moving Averages.

The MA_Distance_Indicator for Meta Trader 4 measures the distance (in Pips, Points or in the Quote currency) from the current price to a selected Moving Average on the current timeframe. It also monitors and displays this distance on all other timeframes to facilitate your trading. If you switch to a different timeframe, STS_MA_Distance_Indicator will automatically take the same timeframe for its calculations. You will again be able to see all timeframe readings in the bottom-left of your terminal screen.

Depending on the market you are trading, you can choose to display the distance in Pips, Points or in the Quote currency. For example, choosing Quote currency will facilitate your trading in the Crypto markets or the Precious Metals markets, where STS_MA_Distance Indicator will show you the currency value of the distance. When trading Indices, you can set the distance in points, where one point is equal to one unit change in the price of the index. Pips are the perfect solution for all currency pairs in the Forex market. As pip is the most widely used measure for one-unit change, this way of presenting the distance is most facilitating.

The MA options are completely adjustable. All timeframes are available. You can choose any period for the MA. Its calculation method can be set to simple, exponential, smoothed or linear weighted. The averaging can be applied to multiple variants for the price (e.g. Close price, Open price, High, Low, etc.).
